How do I ensure the talent is trained and ready for the show?Our talent self-studies the information prior to the event. In most cases, clients will like to do a walkthrough and brief the talent at the booth 30-60 minutes prior to show start. We can also arrange for training one day before the show starts if more intense training is required. This is more needed for product demonstrators and presenters.

How much does it cost to hire talent?Rates can vary depending on your event, hours, experience, and talent’s responsibility. We always strive to give you the best rate and we offer a discount for return clients. For general pricing and questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How far in advance do I need to book my talent?Although we don’t have a specific timeline, we ask that you book your talent as soon as possible to ensure you have the best options. Our recommendation is to book 2-3 months in advance to ensure you have the best options and most qualified talent for your booth. Please keep in mind that our talent gets booked very quickly for larger events. We do accept last minute bookings and will do our best to send you with the same quality talent as you deserve. We are always happy to help in anyway that we can to make this an enjoyable experience.

How does your booking process work? Can I see pictures and bios from all of your talent so that I can choose?A talent agent will be able to fit your specific needs. We will hand select available talent based on your requirements job description, and expectations to find the perfect fit for your event. You will have the opportunity to review the talent’s profile, which will feature a range of photos, and bio/experience. We will only send knowledgeable, reliable, and engaging professional talent to your event.

In what cities do you provide staffing? Do I have to pay travel expenses?We are nationwide Tradeshow staffing agency and work throughout all major cities in the United States. We will provide “local talent” that can work in the city of your event with no travel expenses required. If you request a specific model outside of their local market, you will be responsible for their travel expenses. This includes International travel.
